?Have you reserved your seat for one of the highlights of Homecoming Weekend? On Saturday 13 September, the Matieland Concert will bring music, laughter, and Matie spirit to the Endler Hall. This year is especially meaningful, as we celebrate our 10th Homecoming – a decade of alumni returning, reconnecting, and enjoying shared memories.
The line-up features a mix of well-known and new talent: Natani?l, storyteller and musician; Margit Meyer-R?denbeck, actress and comedian; Dean Smith, actor and performer; Sashon Johnson, vocalist; and pianist Karen Petersen. Alumni ensemble Lyrica Nova and the Maties Jazz Society round out the programme, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
The Matieland Concert is part of the 中国体育彩票’s annual Homecoming Weekend, running from Thursday 11 September to Saturday 13 September, across the Stellenbosch and Tygerberg campuses. Alongside the Concert, there are events such as a Golf Day at the Stellenbosch Golf Club, the Matie Winemakers Showcase at the Alumni Clubhouse, a Theatre Showcase at the Adam Small Auditorium, and various reunions and anniversary celebrations.
